Hardware & Accessory Shipping ChargesAll hardware (and certain accessories) are shipped within Australia via Australia Post Registered Mail at a flat charge. Please refer to the product description for shipping charges. All parcels valued at $150 or over must be signed for upon receipt. Please note that we do not ship hardware or accessories to international destinations About Our Pre-Order Policy!Want FREE delivery to your door for the latest games software? Pre-order your games software at EzyGames and we'll include FREE delivery by Australia Post's Registered Mail service direct to your door! Or, select courier delivery during checkout and you'll pay the special pre-order rate for our courier service at just $3.95 (standard courier delivery fee is $7.00). To qualify, items you purchase must be flagged as a pre-order at the time you submit your order. FREE Courier Delivery! Find Out How...Who wouldn't want FREE next day delivery to most Australian destinations? To qualify for free courier delivery by Toll (Express Post for PO boxes), simply place an order for any 2 or more game titles that ship together and total $150 or more in value! We'll upgrade your parcel to courier delivery for free! Please be aware that if we are out of stock, dispatch will occur upon receipt of stock to our warehouse. Australian Delivery Times and MethodsAll orders received by 10:30am E.S.T Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day depending on stock availability. Orders received after 10:30am will be shipped on the following business day.
International Shipping DestinationsEzyGames can only ship products to the following list of countries. We regret that we are not able to fulfill orders from countries that fall outside this selection: International Delivery Times and MethodsAll orders received by 1:00pm E.S.T Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day depending on stock availability. Orders received after 1:00pm will be shipped on the following business day. All orders shipped to international destinations include insurance.
International CustomsYou may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from EzyGames.com.au, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs declaration. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. To avoid any unnecessary customs charges, please check with your local customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering the country before having to pay taxes. Returns PolicyIf you have received a damaged product, EzyGames will be happy to offer an exchange for an undamaged replacement. Please be aware that the damaged item must be received by EzyGames administration prior to a replacement being sent. Should you receive a product you believe is faulty, please contact us and we will approve a return or exchange at our discretion on a case by case basis. We regret we are unable to offer returns in circumstances that fall outside these areas. |
