We hope you enjoy your browsing and shopping experience with us! If you wish to place an order or receive our newsletter you will need to register online. Simply click the Register button and follow the prompts. Once you have registered you are free to place an order. Finding What You Want!You may use the Search form at the top of every page to find the name of a game title, hardware or accessory that you desire. You can also filter your search results by platform, key genre or category to help narrow the selection. You can also browse our range of products by your favourite platform, genre or category and again use the filters available to refine your search results. Making a PurchaseOnce you have found an item you wish to purchase, simply click the 'Add to Basket' button on the item page and it will be dropped into your shopping Basket. You may add as many items to your Basket as you desire. To delete an item from your Basket, tick the appropriate check box and click 'Update Basket'. You can also adjust the quantity of items you wish to order by overriding the default quantity of '1' and clicking the 'Update Basket' button. When you are ready to place your order, simply click the 'Proceed To Checkout' button on the Basket page to begin the ordering process where you will be required to enter or verify your address, dispatch and credit card details. Once you have finished the checkout process, we'll send you an order confirmation email and display a receipt page on our website. Our Wish ListEzyGames offers our customers a wish list function that enables you to store and remember items that you are not yet ready to purchase. Items can be moved from your wish list to basket by the interface provided on the Wish List page. Order ManagementYou can view your pending or shipped orders by Logging On to our website and proceeding to the My Orders page. You may cancel a pending EzyGames order at any time prior to processing. Use the interface available on the My Orders page to modify your order as required. My Order Has Been Declined! What Can I Do?Should you receive a declined order notification this means that your bank has rejected our request to debit your credit card. Not to worry! Your credit card payment can be declined by your bank for a number of reasons including a mistype in your card number or expiry date, expired card or insufficient funds. If a decline occurs when processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone with more details. I Can't Find The Title I Want! Help!EzyGames is commited to creating and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate database, but there may be instances where you are unable to find a particular title on our website. If you think we are missing a title that you know is available, send us an email at and we'll attempt to source more information.
